Creek’s Edge Land & Cattle Ltd. is owned and operated by Stephen and Kristin Wielgosz. Located in Northeast Saskatchewan, near Yellow Creek, we raise purebred Charolais cattle, along with a commercial herd. We also grain farm together with Kristin’s family.
We are both U of S graduates. Stephen specialized in Animal Science and Kristin has a major in Agronomy and Ag Business. We have combined our experience growing up on a farm with our education, to grow our farm business.
We continue to learn and adapt on a daily basis to ensure we are producing to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Our farm is located in a range of hills and we are surrounded by 11 quarters of tame and native pasture. This is the summer home of our purebred herd. Our commercial herd spend the summer a few miles from the farm.
Stephen was raised on a Purebred Charolais farm at Rose Valley, SK. Stephen began building his own purebred herd at a young age. He has always had an eye for quality and has built our Creek’s Edge herd based on deep, nice uddered, high performance cows.
Through much dedication, our purebred herd has increased to over 160 females that have been carefully selected from our own program as well as the herds of other reputable purebred breeders.
We have built a loyal group of commercial and purebred customers. We sell bulls and females throughout Canada and pride ourselves in raising quiet and complete cattle.
Similar to our farm, our family has also grown. Our children are with us learning, exploring, understanding, and discovering. We are proud to share our passions with them.
